movement meditation

Group and individual work, based around movement meditation, and somatic movement therapy, with space for drawing, painting, writing and speaking.

These sessions offer an opportunity to practice listening to, and following the body, in a supportive environment.

A safe space for exploring movement, expression and relationship, drawing on somatic movement therapy, and established forms.

Gentle movement exploration in this way offers a means of arriving home, to body and to self.

This work is fully accessible and it is possible to join in seated or with limited mobility

Held at a number of churches venues including The Abbey Sutton Courtney and Our Lady's in West Oxford and St Michaels
